I’m a romantic at heart. I’ve always loved weddings and with such a large family, I’ve been involved in them since I was 5 years old. Of course, back then, I was just a flower girl, but as time went on, I’ve really been one of the go-to
helpers for everyone. So when my best friend got engaged in 2005, for some reason, I just had so many of the answers she had questions to regarding the logistics of a wedding. It was great fun and the best part of it all was how close we got through the process of “working” on wedding stuff. That’s my favorite part of wedding and event planning. As much as we all get caught up in perfecting the details, when it comes down to it, this celebration is about bringing people together for a joyful occasion.
My meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills have also played a huge part in what I do. I love seeing the “parts of a whole” come together to make a theme come alive. And I definitely couldn’t do any of this without my husband. He’s my partner, both in business and in life. He’s my biggest fan, strongest supporter, and most honest opinion-giver as well.
